I’ve been happy with the tea itself. The quality has stayed consistent, which is the main thing I care about. No weird batches or anything like that so far. My subscription orders usually arrive without a problem, although the timing can feel a bit hard to predict sometimes. Not a huge issue, just one of those things where I’m like, wait, is it coming this week or next week? The website is okay, but reordering and changing my subscription took more clicking around than I expected. I eventually found my past items and was able to update things, so it definitely works. It just feels like it could be more straightforward. Overall, I’ll keep ordering because I like the tea, but the subscription side could use a little smoothing out.
